This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome is designed with a reverse layout that keeps the living space bright and elevated while the bedrooms remain private and cool downstairs.
When you enter the home, both bedrooms are located on the first floor. The guest bedroom is immediately to the right and features a comfortable queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.
Down the hallway you’ll find the washer and dryer conveniently located on the left, along with the spacious primary suite at the back of the home. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, and sliding glass doors that open directly to the private fenced backyard. Guests can relax outside or use the gate to step out and explore the neighborhood.
Upstairs is where the home opens up into the main living area.
At the front of the home you’ll find the living room with a comfortable couch, two chairs, and a 55-inch Roku smart TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to the upper front balcony where four chairs and small tables create a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the Gulf breeze while overlooking the quiet Gulf Breeze Court.
The kitchen sits in the center of the upstairs space, connecting the living room to the dining area. The dining table seats four comfortably and sits near the sliding glass doors leading to the back balcony.
Step outside and you’ll find another peaceful balcony overlooking the beautiful private resort community of Destin Pointe. This is a great spot to watch the sunrise with coffee or unwind in the evening.
While the home has a retro coastal feel, everything is well maintained and comfortable, with fresh linens, thoughtful touches, and professional cleaning to ensure a relaxing stay.
Parking is easy with two dedicated spots directly in front of the townhome.
But the real highlight of this location is how close you are to everything that makes Holiday Isle special.
Holiday Isle is one of Destin’s most desirable coastal neighborhoods, known for its quiet streets, easy beach access, and laid-back island atmosphere.
From the townhome you can walk to Norriego Point, one of Destin’s most unique beaches where the harbor meets the Gulf. The calm water and passing boats create an unforgettable setting for swimming, paddle boarding, or sunset watching.
You’re also within walking distance of O’Steen Beach Access, where you can enjoy the famous sugar-white sands and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico.
Another fun way to explore the area is by using the Destin Water Taxi. Guests can arrange pickup by phone for a small fee and enjoy a scenic ride across the harbor to HarborWalk Village, waterfront restaurants, and other destinations around the harbor.

While visiting Florida please be mindful we do have tropical bugs — mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, no seeums, etc. While we do actively treat for pests you may encounter a few critters during your stay. If the doors are left open, you will most likely allow these creatures in the home. As much as we’d love a critter free home sometimes it’s just not possible. Let us know if you’ve encountered anything that may alarm you!
