Pull up on Billfish Avenue, enter through the smart lock, and officially leave your responsibilities in the parking spot. Follow the string-lit walkway to your beach home away from home. Out back you’ll find a paved patio, a fully fenced backyard, and an epic surfboard shower. It’s where kids rinse off sand, adults rinse off stress, and somehow everyone still manages to bring half the beach back inside.
The open living room is made for post-beach naps, movie nights, card games, and hearing the same family stories for the hundredth time. You know the ones. The fish that gets bigger every year. The wave that “almost got Grandma.” The sunscreen that somehow disappeared on day one. Kick back on the sofa and enjoy the 60” Smart TV after a day in the sun.
The king primary suite features a private enclosed balcony, a 50” Smart TV, a walk-in shower, and a rare 1930s clawfoot tub that feels like it belongs in a different era.
