Arriving at the Home
As you pull into the driveway, you’ll find covered parking beneath the house to keep your car cool. Walk up the stairs, and the moment you step onto the deck, you’ll be greeted by breathtaking panoramic water views of the Sound. The fenced-in yard ensures privacy from the neighboring fourplex, giving you your own peaceful retreat.
Inside the Home
Step inside to find a beautifully designed open-concept living space. To the left, the kitchen shines with quartzite countertops and premium appliances, perfect for cooking up your favorite meals. A large island offers extra seating, making it easy to gather for breakfast or drinks after a day at the beach.
Straight ahead, the living room invites you to sink into the plush couches and unwind. Whether you’re enjoying the 65” Roku TV (just log into your favorite streaming accounts) or stepping out onto the outdoor patio for fresh air and waterfront views, this space is all about relaxation.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
• To the left side of the home, you’ll find the master bedroom, complete with a king bed, twin bed, and private bathroom. The shower is perfect for rinsing off after a beach day, and while there is a soaking tub, it’s best used as a cool lounge area rather than for hot baths (as it fills slowly).
• To the right side of the home, the guest bedroom offers a king bed and a twin bed, ideal for families or friends traveling together. Just outside the room, you’ll find a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower for added convenience and privacy.
Laundry Room
Need to freshen up your beachwear? No worries—there’s a large washer and dryer in the laundry room, making it easy to keep everything clean during your stay.
Outdoor Paradise
Step outside, and you’ll find a small, private beach area right on the Sound, perfect for paddleboarding, fishing, or just soaking in the views. If you’re bringing a boat, there’s a dock on-site that can be rented for an extra fee—just ask for details!
