• We strive to maintain a peaceful community atmosphere. As such, we enforce a no-smoking policy inside the bungalow and ask that noise be kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. • Safety Features: For your safety, the bungalow is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and a first aid kit. Emergency contacts and safety information are provided in the welcome kit. • Weather Preparedness: The original container doors serve as storm shutters, providing extra protection. Please follow any additional instructions provided during storm alerts or unexpected weather changes. • Sustainability Commitment: We are committed to eco-friendly practices. Please help us by recycling and conserving energy where possible during your stay. • Local Wildlife: As we are close to natural habitats, you may encounter local wildlife.
